Motivation is not a constant | Chris Hutchings

013 | Motivation is not a constant πŸ“£

It’s ok to not be fully motivated every single day.

In fact it is totally normal not to be fully motivated every single day.

We all have those days where the outside world throws something unexpected your way and it just knocks a bit of the Gary Vee out of us.

Today is one of those days for me.

I’ve got through the maintenance stuff a la David Hieatt but with one thing and another going on today, that’s about it.

I didn’t even really fancy writing this post. And if I hadn’t committed to the #ship30for30, I most likely wouldn’t have.

There are peaks and troughs when it comes to motivation.

It is good to recognise that and respond accordingly.

When your motivation is soaring and you are really feeling it, go for it 100%. Smash that to do list out of the park and take advantage of your brain spurring you on.

When it is not quite firing on all cylinders, do what you can and don’t beat yourself up about it.

I know today is a blip. I’ll be back smashing it tomorrow!
